Only Mac OS X 10.4.x and above are supported to run HelixTree. No other dependencies exist and HelixTree is built as a universal binary and should run on either the Power PC or Intel based Macs.

If you have any problems running HelixTree under Mac OS X, please email support@goldenhelix.com with a description of the problem and output from the Console application found under Applications->Utilities.
