If you click on either the EM Table, or CHM Table, a window will pop up listing the estimates of the probabilities of each haplotype for every patient. Figure 19.3 shows the EM Table for haplotypes defined by markers 1-11.

In Fig. 19.3, the first row below the column headings labelled ALL contains the overall population frequency estimates for each haplotype listed in the column heading. The subsequent rows list the genotype for each patient and, for each column, the probability that the patient has that column’s haplotype. From the File’ menu it is possible to output this table to a comma-separated “.csv” file.
