Click any tree node to bring up the context menus Visualize Genetics->Linkage Disequilibrium Plot which plots the Linkage Disequilibrium of the markers with respect to the subset of the data at the node, as seen in Fig. 14.1. Alternatively, from a spreadsheet view, the menus Genetics->Linkage Disequilibrium Plot will plot Linkage Disequilibrium of the markers for the currently selected subset of the spreadsheet.
