Save LogR DSF Values as CNT Files

If you would like to use a third party tool to visualize or analyze your log2 ratio data imported or computed by CNAM, you can use the Save LogR DSF as CNT Files window. You can access this window from the CNAM->Save LogR DSF as CNT Files menu on the main screen.

Only the chromosomes selected by the Chromosome Selector will be exported. In the Output tab, select a directory in which the CNT files should be written. One CNT file is written for each sample. The files will be named sample-name.cnt.

The Exclude Markers tab works in the same way as the Copy Number Segmentation window. It prevents the specified markers from being exported.
