1. Prepare a LogR DSF File
The first step is to prepare a DSF file containing normalized LogRs using the Copy Number Analysis Module (CNAM). This tutorial will not cover this process as it is discussed in-depth in Steps 1-3 of the Whole Genome Copy Number Association tutorial.
For this tutorial you can use the following pre-processed LogR DSF file:
- Sample LogR DSF file (DSF file containing 500K LogRs from four HapMap samples)
