AMP 2022 Presentation
UNLOCKING GENETIC MYSTERIES: MASTERING EXOME ANALYSIS WITH VSCLINICAL & VS-CNV

Friday, March 15th, 11:20 am, Theater 2

Presented by: Nathan Fortier, PhD, Golden Helix Director of Research

This talk will discuss the sensitivity rate for the detection of known CNV events at all three probe densities, the impact of best-practice quality metrics and filters on sensitivity, how VarSeq’s CNV annotation capabilities can be leveraged to identify likely pathogenic CNVs, and the interpretation of clinically relevant CNVs using VSClinical.
