  • Start your day with networking over breakfast. A perfect opportunity to meet fellow NGS professionals and set the tone for a day of discovery.

  • 8:30 | Introduction
  • A warm welcome and an overview of Golden Helix and what to expect throughout the user meeting.

  • 8:35 - 9:00 | What's New with Golden Helix
  • Discover the latest updates with Golden Helix. From our recent receival of ISO 13485:2016 Certification, our partnership with PacBio, the latest updates to Golden Helix CancerKB database, and the launch of our new pharmacogenomics product, VSPGx.

  • 9:00 - 9:30 | Presenting VSPGx
  • Learn details on our latest product, VSPGx. This is our latest offering specifically for pharmacogenomics workflows.

  • 9:30 - 10:00 | Panels to Whole Genome Analysis with Long-Read Data
  • With our new PacBio partnership, we are more adaptable than ever with creating a spectrum of custom workflows to suit our unique user needs. From gene panels to whole genome, from short to long-read sequencing, the VarSeq suite is the solution for NGS analysis and reporting in a modern clinical lab. VarSeq handles the spectrum of variant types (SNV, Indel, CNV, Fusions) and provides automated classification and reporting capabilities following the ACMG and AMP guidelines.

  • 10:00 - 10:15 | Break
  • Enjoy a coffee, ask questions, network, and more.

  • 10:15 - 11:00 | NGS Enterprise Capabilities - Automation, Warehousing, Continuous Improvement
  • We will present and discuss structural variants and advanced automation in VSClinical ACMG, VSWarehouse tracking changing variant evidence and classifications, and the exciting new developments that are coming to VarSeq, VSClinical, and VSWarehouse.

  • 11:00 - 11:25 | Golden Helix CancerKB Database Updates
  • we will highlight how the combination of our new oncogenicity classifier and the updates to our CancerKB database streamline the interpretation of oncogenic variants. In addition, as NGS labs progress from gene panels to WES analysis for ideal genomic signature generation, we will demonstrate how a VarSeq somatic workflow can scale with these increased scopes of data analysis with ease.

  • 11:25 - 11:30 | Adjourn
  • Final remarks, questions, and farewells. Be sure to visit booth #1313 at ACMG 2024 to learn more and attend demos for an exclusive Golden Helix t-shirt.
