It’s that time of the month again! As usual, we have several new customer publications we would like to recognize and share with you. Please check out a few of our favorite articles:

• In Biological Psychiatry, Ariel Martinez and Marucio Arcos-Burgos of the National Institute of Health, as well as colleagues, published An Ultraconserved Brain-specific Enhancer within ADGRL3 (LPHN3) Underpins ADHD Susceptibility which analyzed non-coding variants in the gene variants within ADGRL3 as likely pathological contributors for ADHD.
• Heather Huson of Cornell University and colleagues published Population genomic structure and linkage disequilibrium analysis of South African goat breeds using genome-wide SNP data in Animal Genetics which investigated the genetic diversity, population structure and breed relations, linkage disequilibrium, effective population size and persistence of gametic phase in goat populations of South Africa.
• Xiaodong Jiao and Fielding Hejtmancik of the National Eye Institute, along with several other colleagues published A Common Ancestral Mutation in CRYBB3 Identified in Multiple Consanguineous Families with Congenital Cataracts in PLOS ONE which investigated the genetic determinants of autosomal recessive congenital cataracts in large consanguineous families.
• ApaI, BsmI and TaqI VDR gene polymorphisms in association with multiple sclerosis in Slovaks was published in Neurological Research by Maria Skerenova of Comenius University and colleagues. In the study, the polymorphisms of 270 MS patients were analysed to investigate possible associations between specific polymorphisms and MS and with the rate of disease disability progression.
